All TVs are Roku TVs and use Roku remotes.

Watching Cable TV

1. Press Home on the Roku remote.

2. Open the Spectrum TV app.

3. Browse channels and enjoy.

Streaming Services

Please use your own Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Prime Video and other streaming accounts.

Please remember to sign out before checkout.

Roku Remote Tip

Many Roku remotes have volume buttons located on the side of the remote.

🌡️ Climate Control

Each unit has an HVAC system with thermostat controls.

We generally maintain temperatures around:

• 72°F during summer

• 68°F during winter

Please adjust the temperature to whatever is comfortable for your family.

You should have everything needed to prepare a seafood dinner.

Gas grills are stored in the garage.

Please do not grill on the decks.

Pull the grill onto the parking pad before use.

If you need additional bikes, let us know.

Please bring your own helmets.

🚿 Beach Shower

A beach shower is available in the garage.

Coming back from the beach, you'll probably have some sand on you. The beach shower can clean you off so that you don't track it through the house.

When a unit has a lot of sand in it, it can take our cleaners an extra hour to remove it. They always appreciate guests taking a moment to rinse off.

🧺 Laundry

Each unit includes a washer and dryer.

We try to keep detergent available for guests.

At the end of your stay, please remove sheets from beds that were used and place them on the floor of the nearest bathroom.

🚗 Garage

Every Sea Dunes unit includes a garage.

In addition to parking, many guests use the garage as a place to store beach gear, gather after the beach, or enjoy a meal together.

🌅 Decks

Each Sea Dunes unit includes two decks.

One deck is attached to the Master Bedroom and another is located on the upper level.

Enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean.

🔥 Fireplace

Some units include an electric fireplace.

Turn on the switch and use the remote control to adjust heat settings.

⛑️ First Aid Kit

A first aid kit is located under the sink in the half bath.

🐾 Pet Information

Dogs are permitted only in designated pet-friendly units.

Please:

• Keep dogs on a leash

• Clean up after your pets

• Do not leave dogs unattended on decks

• Crate dogs if left unattended

Cats are not permitted.
