Whether this is your first visit to the Outer Banks or you're a returning guest, we hope you'll enjoy everything that makes this area special. If you need anything during your stay, we're always just a phone call or message away.

Sea Dunes is located at Milepost 4.5 between the beach road (NC-12) and the by-pass (US-158).

If ordering food delivery, groceries, or requesting emergency services, please be sure to include your Unit Number (F2, F4, F6, M1, or M4)

🕓 Check-In

Check-In Time: 4:00 PM

Our cleaning team works hard to prepare the home for your arrival. We appreciate your patience if you arrive before check-in time.

If your unit becomes available early, we'll do our best to let you know.

🚗 Parking

Each Sea Dunes townhome includes parking for 2-3 vehicles:

✓ Some units if in-garage parking for one car

✓ Two vehicles may be parked directly outside the garage

Please do not:

• Park in neighboring spaces

• Park on the grass

• Park on community roads

Overflow parking is available near the clubhouse or across from Building G with a permit.

Ask about RV and Boat Parking if needed.

Your door access information and entry code will be provided before arrival.

If you have any difficulty accessing the property, please contact us immediately and we'll be happy to help.

If the internet isn't working:

1. Unplug the equipment located near the living room TV.

2. Wait one minute.

3. Plug everything back in.

4. Allow several minutes for the connection to restore.

Occasionally severe weather may cause temporary Spectrum service interruptions.
